FAQs
Questions about extraction work, assessment charges and arranging a property visit.
Water removal questions, answered.
Clear answers about the work scope, price and arranging an assessment for your property.
What can the extraction proposal include?
The contractor can propose removal from accessible carpet, hard flooring and connected wet areas, with the equipment and contents handling suited to the job. Review the included rooms and assessment charges before work starts.
Can I get the price from one photo?
A photo can help describe the situation, but may not show all wet material or access limits. Discuss a property assessment, the work included and how changes affect the agreed price.
Is water pickup the same as complete drying?
They are different stages. Removal of the visible pool does not establish that every floor layer is dry. Review remaining wet materials and the terms of any recommended drying or further access.
When can a contractor visit?
Call to check current availability for the address. The receiving contractor confirms scheduling and the assessment appointment during the enquiry.
Who performs the work?
An independent contractor accepts the property enquiry and proposes the service. Identify that business, its relevant credentials and the work agreement before authorizing extraction.
Ready to discuss the wet rooms?
Call with your property address and affected rooms. Check contractor availability, arrange an assessment and get the proposed removal scope and pricing.
