Agree the scope
Review the rooms, assessment charge and work price. Confirm how additions will be approved.

Review the next step
After the agreed pickup, discuss remaining wet materials and any separately proposed access or drying.
Get the work agreement in writing.
Ask what the assessment includes, which rooms and surfaces are covered, and how contents handling or equipment time is charged. Keep the accepted extraction work and any additional proposal clear.
Bring the authorized contact.
A tenant, owner or manager can start the enquiry. Confirm who will provide entry and approve the work, especially where a unit or shared entrance is involved.
